The wellness and health programme is designed to discuss and share openly on multiple necessary topics that affect our social, mental, emotional and financial well-being in an intimate atmosphere. It is about connecting, sharing and learning from your own experiences and those of others, developing knowledge and making real change in the world.




THE WELLNESS AND HEALTH PROGRAMME

The storytelling workshops are events designed to discuss and share openly on multiple necessary topics that affect our social, mental, spiritual and financial well-being in an intimate atmosphere. It is about connecting, sharing and learning from your own experiences and those of others, developing knowledge and making real change in the world.

What it is?

A space for yourself. We believe that the personal is political, that taking care of oneself is an eminently personal and deeply political act.

According to feminist activist Hope Chigudu the process of social change may be incomplete if we do not include in our intention and in our political ideas our personal growth, our well-being both individually and collectively. The result of our work for rights and justice can be affected by the fragmentation of our relationship to ourselves, to others and to our community.

Advancing the practice and culture of self-care is a strategy to make our movements more effective and more sustainable and our lives healthier and more serene.

Conversation is an essential tool to explore what we think of ourselves, to build authentic relationships with others and making new realities possible. We are a caring space where you can connect, share and learn from your own experiences and those of others, develop knowledge and make real change in the world.

How is this space organized?

The wellness and health program is a six months program that takes place once a month with the same six participants to foster community. They have been designed as a training program. The workshops last around 2h30 to 3h and take place monthly.

We invite external experts depending on the topic covered and we set up a follow-up and support program to ensure that each participant gets the most out of this experience. We also use a platform where we continuously share relevant content for each workshop.

We think it is important that the participants are present at all the workshops to create small discussion groups where everyone can feel at ease.

At the end of the workshop program, participants are invited to present a creative project or work that highlights the progress made.
